    Acceptance of the conditions

    Using livstory.eu website, logging in and accessing the services offered represents your acceptance of the privacy terms and conditions detailed below, with all the consequences arising from their acceptance.

    The user will have permanent access to the Terms and Conditions for using the website in order to consult them at any time.
    If you do not agree with these conditions, we ask you not to use our website.
    livstory.eu reserves the right to update and/or revise the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, which is why we ask you to periodically monitor any changes.

    The information published on livstory.eu belongs to the site, therefore, this information cannot be published, transmitted, copied by any method without the prior written consent of the legal representative of the company TRINITARIO S.R.L that administers the site. Failure to comply with these conditions is punishable according to the law in force. Any violation of copyright can be reported to the email address info@livstory.eu.

      Contract Termination

      By registering an order on the livstory.eu website, the buyer/client agrees to the communication method used by the company TRINITARIO S.R.L. – site administrator, namely by phone or email.
      The conclusion of the contract takes place only when the tax invoice is issued and not when the order is launched or the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order is issued. The automatic issuance of the order confirmation does NOT equate to the conclusion of the contract between the seller and the buyer.
      After placing the order, for justified reasons, the seller reserves the right to cancel the consumer/buyer’s order, without prior notification, and the consumer will receive back the money collected by the company TRINITARIO S.R.L., within 7 days. At the same time, we reserve the right to change the quantity of products in the order, depending on their availability in stock.

      The offers and prices displayed on the livstory.eu website are valid for a maximum of 12 hours.

      The delivery of the products can be made within a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 30 days, from the moment all the details of the order have been validated (payment method, payment term). All information/methods used to describe the goods on the website do not represent a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, they are used exclusively for presentation, delivery, stocks, prices.
      The products are available within the limit of stock.

      livstory.eu Liability Limitation

      The livstory.eu website, as well as any software used within it, are provided in the manner in which they are found and as long as they are available, without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular use or non-infringement of the terms.
      We assume no liability for the modification, suspension or interruption of the livstory.eu website, in whole or in part. The company TRINITARIO S.R.L. will not be held liable for direct or indirect damages, as well as injuries of any nature resulting from the use of the products.

       

        Order cancellation

        Livstory.eu (administered by TRINITARIO S.R.L.) assumes no responsibility for printing or display errors regarding prices, characteristics or images of products.

        In the event that an order cannot be honored due to such errors, livstory.eu reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

        TRINITARIO S.R.L. makes every effort to provide accurate information about the price and characteristics of the products. Some prices may be incorrect. In the event of an order being registered with an incorrect price, TRINITARIO S.R.L. has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order.

        The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order, without any further obligation of any party to the other or without any party being able to claim damages from the other, in the following situations, and not only:

          • the ordered product(s) is/are no longer in stock;

          • the transaction was not accepted by the issuing bank of the Buyer’s card;

          • the data provided by the Customer/Buyer on the website is incomplete and/or incorrect;

        Return

        Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must ensure that the delivered products meet their expectations in terms of quality and quantity. Otherwise, the customer can communicate this fact by email to the address: info@livstory.eu as soon as possible in order to remedy the situation created in the shortest possible time.

        The user has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery.

        Discounted products cannot be returned!

        Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the return period expires within 14 days of delivery of the order. The decision must be announced by email to info@livstory.eu.

        If the customer requests the return of the products within the legal term of the contract, they must also return any gifts that accompanied the respective product/order. If the order is paid, TRINITARIO S.R.L. will refund the amount within 14 days from the date the customer informs TRINITARIO S.R.L. of their decision. The amount paid will be refunded as follows:

        • for orders paid by card online – by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
        • for orders paid by cash on delivery – by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer;
        • for orders paid by credit card with installment payment – ​​cancellation/recalculation of the installment contract.


        We reserve the right to postpone the refund of the amount paid until receipt of the products sold.

        Return of food products

        In the case of purchasing food products, they cannot be returned because these products are exempt from the obligation to accept returns according to article 10 of ordinance 130/2000.

        Return of non-food products

        In the case of purchasing non-food Products, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the Products to signal the intention to return the Product.

        The only costs borne by the Customer are the direct costs of returning the product/products.

        The return of non-food products will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which TRINITARIO S.R.L. communicated that it wishes to return the non-food products and must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to the Customer, in the original packaging, with the labels and seals intact and only accompanied by the related fiscal receipt and the warranty certificate (where applicable).

        The refund of the product cost will be made at the price listed on the tax receipt accompanying the returned product, regardless of its value fluctuations.

        Disputes

        Any disputes related to the execution of the contract will be resolved amicably between the seller and the consumer/client, otherwise, the parties may address the competent court at the headquarters of the merchant/seller TRINITARIO S.R.L., respectively Brasov Court.

        Data Protection

         

        According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, our website managed by TRINITARIO S.R.L. is obliged to manage in a safe manner and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide us about yourself, a member of your family or another person. The purpose of collecting the data is to use them for the purpose of invoicing the ordered products.

        You are obliged to provide the data, as they are necessary for the creation of the invoice for the ordered products. Your refusal will result in the cancellation of the order.

        The recorded information is intended for use by the operator for the purpose of delivering the products and is communicated only by you. According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the right to access, to intervene in your data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to seek legal action. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request the deletion of your data. If any of the data about you is incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible. To exercise these rights, you can send a written, dated and signed request to the Complaints Department, at the e-mail address info@livstory.eu. You are also entitled to seek legal action.         Delivery time:

        The standard delivery times of 24-72 hours or those displayed on the site are indicative and apply only to confirmed orders, unless another term has been agreed with the customer.

        About card payments

        Online payments made on our site benefit from the 3D Secure security protocol (Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code).

        3D Secure is a new global approach to authenticating buyers and sellers in secure transactions on the Internet. This security measure involves redirecting the user at the time of payment to a secure page where the registration of each cardholder is done by assigning an authorization code for each online transaction. The cards accepted for payment are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD logos (including Maestro, if they have a CVV/CV2 code).

        In order to complete the transaction in optimal conditions, you will need to provide:

        • Cardholder Name
        • Card Code (the 4 groups of digits on the front of the card, without spaces)
        • Card Expiration Date
        • CVV Code (the last three digits on the back of the card, printed on the signature strip)


        Transactions will be made in lei, regardless of your card, under the conditions agreed with the issuing bank of your card. For making the transaction on our site, no additional commission is charged. Card data processing is done exclusively on the processing partner’s servers. Our site does not request or store any details regarding your card.
