Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must ensure that the delivered products meet their expectations in terms of quality and quantity. Otherwise, the customer can communicate this fact by email to the address: info@livstory.eu as soon as possible in order to remedy the situation created in the shortest possible time.

The user has the right to return a product within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery.

Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the return period expires within 14 days of delivery of the order. The decision must be announced by email to livstory.eu.

If the customer requests the return of the products within the legal term of the contract, he must also return any gifts that accompanied the respective product/order. If the order is paid, the amount will be refunded within 14 days from the date of the customer’s information on his decision. The amount paid will be refunded as follows:

• for orders paid by card online – by refund to the account from which the payment was made;
• for orders paid by cash on delivery – by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer;

We reserve the right to postpone the reimbursement of the amount paid until receipt of the sold products.

Return of food products

In the case of purchasing food products, they cannot be returned because these products are exempt from the obligation to accept returns according to article 10 of ordinance 130/2000.

Return of non-food products

In the case of purchasing non-food Products, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the Products to signal the intention to return the Product.

The only costs borne by the customer are the direct costs of returning the product/products.

The return of non-food products will be made within 14 days from the date on which they communicated that they wish to return the non-food products and must be in the same condition in which they were delivered to the customer, in the original packaging, with the labels and seals intact and only accompanied by the related fiscal receipt and the warranty certificate (where applicable).

The refund of the cost of the product will be made at the price written on the fiscal receipt accompanying the returned product, regardless of its value fluctuations.
